特注品・受注生産品は、ご注文をいただいてからお客様専用に製作する一点物のため、他のお客様に販売することはできません。
特別な理由でご注文をキャンセルされる場合は、商品の性質上、納品前であってもデザイン作業開始後はキャンセル料が発生いたしますのでご了承ください。
キャンセル料金。
キャンセル料金はキャンセルのタイミングによって異なります。
制作開始前：キャンセル料はかかりません。
製品の生産開始後：注文料金の100%。
出産後: 注文手数料の100%。
ご連絡が取れない場合は、お客様都合によるキャンセルとして扱いますので、ご注文のキャンセルをご希望の場合はご連絡ください。
以下の場合には返品・交換をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。

- 配達日より10日以上経過しています。

- 返品後14日間ご連絡が取れない場合
