How to order

Order and payment
Please place your order and make payment from the product page.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail.
Please confirm that there is no mistake in the contents.
Please be careful not to reject “itofubuki.jp” in your e-mail domain settings. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us.

Confirmation of receipt
within 2 business days
We will confirm the contents of your order and inventory, and inform you of the delivery date.
*If there are any incompleteness in the contents, missing items in stock, or items that need to be confirmed again, we will contact you by e-mail.
In that case, we will start sewing after receiving your reply, so please reply to us.

Commencement of sewing
estimate: 2-3 months
All the items will be sewn by hand with the utmost care by a Japanese craftsman, a Japanese seamstress.
The finished product will be carefully inspected and packed by hand.
*If orders increase, it may take 6 months to a year to wait. If you are considering purchasing, please place your order as soon as possible.

Completion
We will send you a “Notice of completion and shipment of SAKURAKIMONO” by e-mail. If you have ordered from a store that handles the product, you will receive a notification from the store staff.
In the unlikely event that there is a delay in the estimated completion date, we will contact you to inform you of the delay.

You can pick up your order at the store or have it shipped to you.
