Custom-ordered items and made-to-order items are made just for you after you place an order. They are one-of-a-kind items and cannot be sold to other customers.
If you wish to cancel your order for any special reason, please understand that due to the nature of the product, a cancellation fee will be charged once the design work has begun, even if it is before delivery.
Cancellation Fees.
The cancellation fee varies depending on the timing of the cancellation.
Before the start of production: No cancellation fee.
After the production of the product has started: 100% of the order fee.
After delivery: 100% of the order fee.
If we are unable to contact you, the cancellation will be treated as a cancellation for your convenience. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases.
Please understand this in advance.
- More than 10 days have passed from the date of delivery.
- Without prior notification to our customer support.
- When we are unable to contact you for 14 days after the return.
- Merchandise that has been worn, altered, washed, or cleaned
- Merchandise that is damaged, stained, or lost.
- Merchandise that has been stained, soiled, or scratched by the customer
- Merchandise (including accessories) returned to us in a condition significantly different from that at the time of delivery.
- When some parts of the product are missing.
- When the accessories included in the package are missing.
- Custom-ordered products
- Items purchased outside of the official online store
